Guest reviews

How we verify reviews

• Only a guest who actually stayed with us can leave a review. After departure they get a personal link tied to their booking – by e-mail and in the booking overview in their account – and can send a review within 30 days of departure, one per stay. A cancelled booking cannot be reviewed.
• We read every review before publishing it, and an edited one again. We leave a review unpublished only if it contains profanity, insults, other people's personal data or advertising, or has nothing to do with the stay – never because of a low star rating or criticism.
• The average and the distribution of stars are calculated from all published reviews. Each review shows the month and year of the stay.
